David Stanley is a talented singer and lyricist from Tameside in Greater Manchester. He discovered his passion for music at the age of 15 after being inspired by The Beatles Anthology. Influenced by iconic rock 'n' roll bands from the 60s, such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Kinks, David's musical journey began to take shape.
The allure of Brit-pop and indie rock bands like Oasis and The Verve further fueled him to pursue music. He began his musical journey fronting popular Manchester Indie rock band Circus Paradise. He then went on to front Savalis while on a music course at Trafford college. After leaving college he joined the pub circuit, singing rock covers in and around the Greater Manchester area.
Following more than a decade away from music to focus on his personal life and well-being, David is now back and in the studio currently co-writing alternative pop songs alongside Greek Producer-Engineer/DJ Andreas Polydoros, aka Sonic Figures (NYC), showcasing his versatility and willingness to explore different styles. To date, David’s work has been supported by several press and radio platforms, including Tameside Reporter, Tameside Radio, Your Tameside, RGM and Amazing Radio.
David has performed at renowned venues in Manchester, including
Band On The Wall, The Roadhouse,
Night & Day Cafe, and
The Witchwood. David remains focused on his musical journey and eagerly anticipates the release of more tracks on the horizon. With his dedication and passion, the future looks bright for this rising artist.
